Senior Program Manager Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior program lead, providing strategic oversight and day-to-day management of business process improvement and management support services for USCIS's Verification Division (VER) and potentially the Field Operations Directorate (FOD).
Lead cross-functional collaboration across USCIS, DHS, and external federal agencies (SSA, DOL, DOS).
Facilitate executive-level strategic planning, Agile adoption, governance support, and technology integration.
Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
Oversee project execution using Agile and PMBOK methodologies.
Manage risks and deliver monthly status reports and quarterly KPI progress updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the government client and coordinate all staffing, budget, and schedule activities.

Senior Program Manager Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management.
At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex federal programs or initiatives, with a focus on immigration.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies, program planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level.
Five years of experience with immigration policy, including exposure to agencies and offices operating in the immigration ecosystem, and familiarity with DHS systems used for identity management and immigration status.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Senior Program Manager Certifications (One or More Required):

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Agile or SAFe certification
