Technical Program Manager – Integrations
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview
Lead complex, integration-heavy programs across enterprise platforms and distributed systems. Drive alignment, execution, and delivery of APIs, middleware, and system-to-system integrations supporting POS, Payments, and downstream business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Own large-scale integration programs spanning APIs, middleware, event streams, and enterprise platforms

· Coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering system-to-system and third-party integrations

· Partner closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Product, and Business stakeholders

· Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for integration initiatives

· Support roadmap planning and delivery of reusable, scalable integration frameworks

· Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and technical risks across platforms

· Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards

· Own release readiness, cutover coordination, and post-release validation

· Provide clear, concise status reporting and risk mitigation plans

· Establish and promote integration delivery best practices and governance

Required Qualifications

· 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience

· Proven delivery of integration-heavy, distributed system programs

· Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data flows

· Experience working with enterprise platforms and third-party system integrations

· Solid knowledge of Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)

· Strong communication, dependency management, and problem-solving skills
