Full Stack Developer - .Net/Angular

Location: Austin, TX, or Southlake, TX (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join a team focused on building customer-facing and backend applications. This role involves driving client-centricity, reducing time to market, and increasing efficiency. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a team of engineers dedicated to maintaining all aspects of the software development lifecycle and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with architects and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities.
  • Perform thorough design reviews and code reviews.
  • Provide technical direction and support to the rest of your team.
  • Engage in hands-on coding, unit testing, and production issue resolution.
  • Lead the design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning for your team.
  • Develop tools and practices that will increase the efficiency of your team.
  • Mentor junior staff and help them achieve their career goals.
  • Partner with fellow developers, product owners, technical leads, and architects.
Required Qualifications

Education: A BS or higher in computer science or a related technical field is required.

Experience: 8+ years of full stack application development experience, including mentoring or assisting junior developers.

Technical Skills:
  • Front End Technologies/Concepts: ASP.NET, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, Sync/ASync services.
  • Back End Technologies/Concepts: .NET, .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API design, Micro-Services, and Event-driven architecture and frameworks.
  • Database Technologies/Concepts: Relational (SQL/Oracle).
  • Environment: Experience with Distributed Monolithic and Cloud Based Micro-services.
  • A solid understanding of web application environments, development tools, and event-driven application development.
  • Familiarity with session state management, web configuration, deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.
  • Comfort with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles, API test automation techniques, and automated deployment pipeline tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry is strongly differentiating.
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo) is strongly preferred.
