Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Top 5 must have skill sets:

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum)
• Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Payment Domain is a Must

We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
• Prior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges.
• Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly
