Role Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will develop, enhance, test, and maintain software applications that support business units. This individual contributor role involves working on complex projects, often across multiple phases. You will operate under general direction and provide guidance to less experienced associates as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the onsite team to determine needs and customize existing technology to meet requirements.
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
- Manage and support multiple projects and deadlines.
- Document and report on application specifics.
- Create technical specifications and test plans.
- Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Experience with the salesforce.com technical platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, and Visualforce.
- Knowledge of advanced Visualforce components and the Chatter API.
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL / PLSQL and ReactJS.
- Understanding of Salesforce recommended best practices for design and development.
- Experience with deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and the Force.com Metadata API.
- Ability to build integrations and interfaces using the SFDC Web Services API.
Experience:- Extensive experience working in a SAFe Agile and onsite/offshore model.
- Proven experience supporting production releases, resolving problems, and working flexible hours to meet business demands.
- Experience delivering projects based on Agile/XP methodologies.
- Good understanding of the functional testing process and scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one Salesforce certification is preferred.
- Experience with TypeScript for type-safe React development.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes for deployment.
- Understanding of performance tuning and security best practices in web applications.
- Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or JUnit.
- Familiarity with automation tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.06 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that is subject to change based on the final determined scope of the work and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
