Summary

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in digital accessibility testing, remediation, and content creation.
Proficiency in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Revised Section 508 Standards.
Experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon Naturally Speaking, and ZoomText.
Experience in testing with accessibility evaluation tools and inspectors for mobile and non-mobile platforms.
Experience with remediating digital documents, forms, and PDF formats to meet compliance standards.
Experience in HTML, JavaScript, color contrast analyzers, and user-centered design principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and remediate digital documents and interactive forms to meet legal accessibility guidelines.
Conduct manual and automated compliance tests using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Develop comprehensive test plans including documentation of strategies, cases, and technical results.
Perform color contrast analysis and accessibility inspections across diverse digital platforms.
Track and document all testing and remediation processes within established compliance frameworks.
Provide technical remediation recommendations and guidance to content creators and stakeholders.
Apply usability principles to ensure digital inclusion for users utilizing assistive technologies.
