Designs and develops scalable solutions using AI tools and machine-learning models. is responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprise's overall systems with a focus on AI/ML technology. Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies.
Performs research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models to improve the business. Utilizes big data computation and storage tools to create prototypes and datasets and is fluent with SQL. Conducts model training and evaluation. Integrates, tests, tunes, and monitors solutions. Proficient with multiple AI tools and proficiently writing code (specifically, Python, Java, or R for AI/ML) and machine learning frameworks like Spark, MatLab, DataBricks, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Other expected skills may include demonstrated knowledge of chatbots, natural language processing, image/data classification, sentiment analysis, regression analysis, predictive analytics, and other skillsets/tools related to AI/ML.
Researches, designs, implements and manages software programs that focus on AI/ML, as well as testing and evaluating new AI/ML programs to improve data-results to business problems. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Develop quality assurance procedures and deploy software tools, processes and metrics. Works closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. Acts as team leader on projects. Participates in development of software user manuals. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team. Consults with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio Code, Python, Selenium, Databricks, Co-pilot etc.
Collaborate with Requirements and Test Automation teams to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including:
o Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories.
o Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts.
Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation.
Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support teams in integrating AI into daily workflows.
Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.
Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.
Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI.
Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members.
Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently.
Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other programming languages to harness generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
Develop AI tool/program to create technical requirements by leveraging current and past business user stories.
Integrate the existing python test automation framework with AI solutions.
Ensure all AI scripts and programs are fully executable on postal laptops.
Train designated team members to execute and maintain AI scripts and programs.
Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.

Educational Requirements
A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years relevant experience.
o A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual s degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.
