Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, system design, and modern technologies, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level software applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript

• Experience with backend and/or full-stack development

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns

• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs / Microservices architecture

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Prior experience working with large enterprise or consulting clients
