Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Production Services Team Lead with strong expertise in Broadridge Impact/BPS platforms, Fixed Income Trading Operations, and Capital Markets.
This role will lead production support and operational activities for fixed-income transaction processing systems, ensuring seamless trade execution, clearing, matching, settlement, and post-trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of fixed-income trade lifecycles, settlement platforms, and production support leadership within financial services environments.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary escalation point for operational incidents while managing stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance requirements, and production platform stability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Operations & Production Support
Manage end-to-end processing of fixed-income transactions
Monitor and support:
o Trade matching
o Trade clearing
o Settlement processing
o Exception management
Ensure smooth processing across Broadridge and settlement platforms
Support daily production operations and platform stability

2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage production support and operations teams
Conduct:
o Performance reviews
o Coaching sessions
o Resource planning
o Team development activities
Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement

3. Incident & Problem Management
Serve as the escalation point for:
o Production incidents
o Trading breaks
o Settlement failures
o System outages
Coordinate issue resolution across technology, operations, and business teams
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as liaison between:
o Technology teams
o Business users
o Operations teams
o Corporate clients
Support platform enhancements and operational improvements
Communicate production issues, risks, and status updates to stakeholders

5. Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure operational processes comply with:
o Regulatory requirements
o Internal controls
o Corporate governance standards
Support audit activities and risk management initiatives
Maintain accurate operational documentation and procedures

Required Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of experience in:
o Capital Markets
o Production Support
o Fixed Income Operations
o Trade Processing
Experience leading production support or operations teams
