Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate seamless delivery and drive collaboration across cross-functional global project team
Proactive leadership and monitoring to identify and mitigate critical path or resource issues
Manage project SDLC documentation following company standards (i.e. Team Working Agreement, Agile Release Report, Status Reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decisions)
Monitor progress of deliverables and quality
Proactively identify risks, issues, and escalation as needed with appropriate leadership
Create and maintain plan in MS Project Server; includes budget and forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and ensuring resources have appropriate time tracking buckets setup to bill time
Partner with the team in creating a communication plan that includes stakeholder communication, change management for rollouts, and internal team meeting interfaces
Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced
Follow company release management process to schedule and manage delivery releases
Interface with stakeholders to manage expectations and escalations
Guarantee compliance with company delivery processes and standards
Qualifications:
Understanding of enterprise telephony platforms (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, MS Teams Voice, SIP trunking) with experience coordinating telephony?to?telephony migrations, including cutover planning, number porting, endpoint readiness, and call flow transitions
Familiarity with core infrastructure services supporting telephony (network routing, QoS, SBCs, firewalls) to effectively oversee dependencies, troubleshoot migration blockers, and partner closely with telecom engineers and network teams during implementation.
Ability to lead cross?functional migration workstreams across call centers, infrastructure teams, operations, and business stakeholders-ensuring readiness activities, testing cycles, communication plans, and post?migration stabilization are executed smoothly across global or distributed teams.
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project
Experience in formal techniques of risk management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience collaborating and providing project leadership in cross-functional teams
Excellent relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT delivery management experience
PMP certification or other formal project management training preferred
Citrix VDI cloud migration experience preferred
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
