TELECOMMUTE: No- Teleworking not available for this position CLEARANCE TYPE: Top Secret Polygraph or SCI WORK SHIFT: 1st Shift 9/80A TRAVEL: No **Please only send local candidates. ** Northrop Grumman's Intelligence amp Sensing Division IDS is looking for a Configuration Data Management CDM Analyst to support our Program amp Configuration Control PCC department. As a member of the PCC department you'll join our team of qualified diverse individuals and this position will be located in Redondo Beach CA as a fully onsite role. Responsibilities for Configuration Data Management CDM Analyst: Identification -Assign and control program hardware/software data identification control numbers per program amp Functional Home Room FHR mandates -Enforce amp assign part amp serial number requirements Change Management -Perform Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Board activities -Establish agendas publish minutes amp track meeting actions -Process change packages through lifecycle include disposition amp documentation/hardware implementation -Perform program data release functions via Product Lifecycle Mgmt. tools Configuration Status Accounting -Development amp maintain various CDM reports for program support. Examples: Configured Item Identification List Engineering Change Request status CDM performance metrics Verification amp Audits -Support internal program CDM audits against program SOW amp Functional Command Media mandates -Provide aid to Functional Configuration Audits amp perform Physical Configuration Audit -Document Management for deliverable CDRLs and non-CDRL documents Basic Qualifications for Configuration Data Management CDM Analyst: -9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree OR -Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR -Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR -PhD with 1 years of relevant experience -Domain knowledge of Configuration Mgmt. standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A amp/or EIA-649B amp/or EIA-649-1 -Candidate has an active SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation SSBI completed within the last 2 years at time of application and prior to start date OR -Candidate has an active DOD Top Secret security clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation SSBI completed within the last 2 years at time of application and prior to start date as well as the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidate's maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future. Preferred Qualifications for Configuration Data Management CDM Analyst: -Large-scale cross functional project team experience -Experience using TeamCenter CPLM PLM tool and Enovia

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
