Job Description:
As an Agentic AI Developer, you will bridge the gap between AI research and practical business applications. You will create, test, and deploy intelligent agents that understand goals, break them into actionable steps, and adapt their behavior in dynamic environments. This role requires a blend of deep LLM knowledge, advanced software engineering, systems architecture and hands-on coding experience.
Required Skills:
- Required: All these skills are required in hands-on experience on projects in the last 3-4 yrs.
- SQL/Bigquery/Google Cloud Platform,
- Python,
- Prompt Engineering,
- Hands on experience with SOTA LLMs, Langraph/LangChain,
- Knowledge management using RAGs/GraphRAGs, Vector Databases
- Building multi agent solutions, complex Agentic workflows
- Evaluate and optimize Agent output & performance
- Traditional ML model selection, model performance evaluation/monitoring
- Ability to interact with business teams and convert business needs to AI/ML workflows - Must demonstrate end-to-end business context not just technical implementation.
- Preferred/Bonus: Redis, Context Engineering, multi-agent systems
Qualifications:
Education: A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in AI/ML engineering are preferred, with 1+ years specifically focused on agentic AI or GenAI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team to rapidly gather requirements from leadership and stakeholders, translate those requirements into concrete proposals and implement them.
- Work closely with stakeholders and data scientists to rapidly discover various workflows within the customer service functions and translate them into AI Workflows, either user ML/Agentic AI approaches or capturing the workflows based on discussions with the SMEs
- The workflows have to validated by collaborating with various stakeholders and SMEs
- The workflows have to be translated into a format that is fit for consumption by Agentic AI solutions.
- The workflows have to implemented into Agentic AI solutions
- Performance Measurement
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve the solution
Justification:
We need to accelerate our efforts to build agentic AI capability to proactively identify issues customers face and prevent the need for them to contact Client. In the short term, we want agentic AI to help resolve customers issues faster and reactively.
