Summary

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end data platform program including planning, execution, and delivery. 
  • Own program governance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. 
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple teams and partners. 
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders. 
  • Champion Agile delivery practices, ensuring disciplined sprint execution and backlog management. 
  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring adoption of required processes, standards, and best practices. 

Required Experience 

  • 10+ years of experience in Product, Program, or Project Management. 
  • Strong experience with BI, data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering programs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to run large cross-functional programs. 
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. 
  • Experience managing data engineering or analytics platform initiatives. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

Ideal Profile 

  • Hybrid Product Owner + Program Manager mindset. 
  • Experience managing data platform modernization / BI transformation programs. 
  • Comfortable pushing teams toward process maturity and operational discipline.
