Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM [OTL] Functional for one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM [OTL] Functional

Summary: We're looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Functional Consultant to support implementation and ongoing optimization of time tracking and labor management processes. What this really means is owning Time and Labor from a functional standpoint and making sure it works cleanly with Payroll, Absence, and Core HR

Responsibilities:

Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor implementations and enhancements
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs
Configure time entry, work schedules, shifts, overtime rules, and approvals
Support complex labor rules, unions, and compliance requirements
Ensure seamless integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Lead and support testing phases including SIT and UAT
Work directly with HR, payroll, and operations stakeholdersProvide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor
Experience working on at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
Solid understanding of workforce timekeeping, labour rules, and compliance
Experience integrating Time and Labor with Payroll
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with occasional travel

Work Site: Remote + 15% Travel

Duration: 9+ Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
