Summary

Job Title: Zuora Solution Architect (Billing) Hands-On

Location: Remote (East Coast candidates only)

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Zuora Solution Architect (Billing) with deep functional and technical expertise in Zuora Billing to stabilize, fix, and optimize an existing Zuora environment. This role is not advisory-only the candidate must personally execute configurations, data fixes, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of rescuing broken Zuora implementations and delivering stable billing operations within aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Zuora Billing configuration and stabilization
Diagnose and resolve failed jobs, rating issues, invoicing errors, and data inconsistencies
Fix and optimize:

Product catalog
Rate plans and charges
Subscriptions and amendments
Billing runs and invoicing processes

Perform hands-on configuration changes and data corrections (no delegation)
Quickly assess broken or unstable Zuora environments and bring them to steady state within weeks
Partner with business, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate billing outcomes
Support integrations and downstream systems as required

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Deep, hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing, including:

Product catalog & rate plans
Subscriptions & amendments
Billing, rating, and invoicing

Proven experience fixing:

Failed Zuora jobs
Rating and invoice generation errors
Data integrity and consistency issues

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
Experience in production support and post-implementation remediation

Experience with Zuora Revenue
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Experience working in complex enterprise billing environments
Prior experience in rescue or turnaround Zuora projects
