Summary
UKG Integration Developer
Required Qualifications
6+ years of software / integration development experience, including
hands-on work on Kronos/UKG
workforce-management integrations.
Experience building and supporting UKG Pro WFM integrations on Boomi
/ UKG Integration Hub, UKG
REST APIs and SFTP-based data exchange.
Experience with Kronos/UKG data: people, labor levels, pay codes,
punches, timecards, accrual balances
and schedules, including payroll exports and HR/people imports.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL
Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL).
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java,
Python, Groovy, Node.js) and in data
formats (JSON, XML, CSV, fixed-width).
Experience with SFTP, file automation and scheduling, and secure
handling of PII and payroll data.
Working knowledge of the SDLC, Agile practices and Git.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating WFC WIM/Connect interfaces to Pro WFM
integrations; familiarity with WDM/DCM
data collection and Process Manager / Workflow.
Boomi developer certification or UKG Pro WFM integration training.
Experience integrating UKG with PeopleSoft / UCPath, Workday or
other HCM/payroll systems, and with
IBM Maximo or other work-order / asset-management systems.
Experience with AWS services and serverless patterns (Lambda, API
Gateway, S3, Step Functions,
EventBridge) and Infrastructure as Code, for supporting
file-automation components.
Higher-education or healthcare industry experience.

Job Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Integration Developer designs, builds, tests and supports the
interfaces and data flows between UKG Pro
WFM and UCLA enterprise systems principally UCPath (PeopleSoft) for
people and payroll, IBM Maximo for
labor billing, and clock/identity systems working with the UKG
Integration Consultant. The developer owns
UCLA-side integration build on UKG Integration Hub / Boomi, the
inventory and retirement of legacy WFC WIM
interfaces, and the technical side of data conversion.
