Cooling performance limits AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, photonics, power electronics, defense systems, and other high-powered compute applications. Alloy Enterprises addresses these constraints with advanced thermal management components enabled by its Stack Forging process, which creates single-piece, leak-tight metal parts with complex internal microgeometries for stronger cooling performance, lower pressure drop, and high reliability. Founded in 2020, Alloy has built an industry-leading thermal management platform for data centers and mission-critical systems.

As Sr. Manager, Capital Projects, you'll be the primary project manager responsible for building out our new advanced manufacturing space from an empty site to a fully operational production facility. You'll own the schedule, budget, and execution of the entire capital project, coordinating everything from site selection and facility design through equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning. This is a high-visibility role at the center of our expansion, where the decisions you drive will directly shape our manufacturing capacity and growth trajectory as part of the Johnson Controls family.
\n
\n
\n
Beyond day-to-day project execution, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on the broader strategy behind our expansion. You'll help evaluate capital outlay decisions, weigh site and capacity trade-offs, and translate business objectives into an actionable buildout plan. You'll work across engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to keep a complex, multi-workstream program moving on time and on budget.
\n
\n
\n
\n
You're an experienced project leader who thrives on turning ambitious plans into operating reality. You've stood up or expanded manufacturing space before, and you know how to juggle contractors, equipment vendors, permitting, long-lead machine purchases, and a schedule without losing the thread on budget. You're equally comfortable in a hard-hat walkthrough and in a leadership meeting defending a capital forecast.
\n
\n
\n
You bring structure to ambiguity. When the path isn't fully defined, you build the plan, identify the constraints, and drive alignment across teams that don't report to you. You're a strong communicator who can distill a sprawling program into a clear status, a crisp risk, or a well-framed decision for executives. You care about the details a mis-sequenced install or an overlooked lead time but you never lose sight of the strategic why behind the build.
