Senior Project Manager - ConstructionLocations: Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore/Washington DC Metro Area
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a confidential construction management and consulting firm seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, educational, government, healthcare, and nonprofit construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities- Lead design development meetings and coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants.
- Supervise, mentor, and deploy project management staff across multiple projects.
- Lead weekly project management and client meetings.
- Review project schedules, identify potential delays, and evaluate associated cost impacts.
- Assist with the review, negotiation, and administration of AIA contract agreements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Manage payment applications, vouchers, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project controls.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements, design intent, and owner expectations.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.
- Oversee building turnover, occupancy, and warranty-related matters as required.
Qualifications- Minimum of 7 years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of AIA contracts and construction administration processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and cost estimating tools.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Professional Engineers (PEs) are encouraged to apply.
