Manhattan WMS MA Active Configuration Lead

Job Description

• Strong Domain Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and good Exposure on WMS configuration
• Min 10+ years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management system / applications
• Minimum 2 years experience in MA Active WMS

for configuring new warehouse setups, including detailed UI configuration for inbound and outbound flows

• Experience with Postman

Minimum 2 years experience in support project including experience on below aspects

• service management functions including incident, problem, change management using tools like ServiceNow and Jira
• Trend analysis, Root Cause analysis, identifying permanent fix and automation opportunities and implementation
• Leading triage of critical/P1 issues, critical thinking to suggest short term and long term solutions
• Strong collaboration, team building, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilizing the same in a productive manner
