AI Engineer
Primary Location: Fort Mill South Carolina
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a AI Engineer for our premier client in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Education and Experience
- Experience deployment to production AI/ML architectures, and data infrastructure to public cloud platforms.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and discovery on raw data sources, incorporating business context to support model development.
- Track data lineage and perform root cause analysis during early-stage exploration or issue resolution.
- Experience in LLM, NLP, RAG development and tuning
- Integrate and maintain data and model pipelines, proactively diagnosing data quality issues and documenting assumptions.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to validate model-ready datasets and ensure thorough, accurate feature documentation.
- Proficient in Python and SQL; able to write clean, reviewable code
- Comfortable developing POCs without needing a full SDLC pipeline; able to iterate quickly and document trade offs.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Programming skills including Python/PySpark.
- Integrate and maintain data and model pipelines, proactively diagnosing data quality issues and documenting assumptions.
- Designing and building user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of layers of software stack including API design, development and production deployment at scale.
