Job Overview: The L3 Support Tech Deskside role involves providing advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools.
Responsibilities: - Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and tools.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a Level 3 technical support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Pay Range: $45 - $48
