Contract Duration: 12+ Months with extensions and possible full-time conversion

Required Skills & Experience

Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
Banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Power Apps
Microsoft Power Automate
Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
Exposure to lending / credit workflows
Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems

What You Will Be Doing

Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams
Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform-based)
Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment
Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams
