Summary

Business System Analyst - Local to Phoenix Only

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and business documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Working experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.

Required Skills

Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
Experience with either Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is required.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing or supporting large-scale Case Management systems.
