Adobe Lead (Workfront Expert)

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Lead Workfront Expert to lead and support the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront, along with integration and implementation experience in Vidyard and iCapture, and will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Workfront technical implementation, configuration, and customization

• Act as the primary SME for Adobe Workfront architecture, workflows, reporting, and integrations

• Design and implement solutions involving Vidyard and iCapture integrations

• Collaborate with business, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to development and support teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve Workfront-related issues and performance challenges

• Support UAT, deployment, post-go-live support, and continuous improvements

• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides

• Travel as required for client meetings or project needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (implementation, configuration, and administration)

• Proven technical experience with Vidyard and iCapture implementations and integrations

• Experience leading Adobe Workfront projects in an enterprise environment

• Solid understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and dashboard creation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in remote delivery models with occasional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with large system integrators or enterprise clients

• Adobe certifications related to Workfront (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
