Support Agile delivery practices by guiding backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance decisions to confirm releases are ready for deployment.

Develop knowledge resources and training materials that help internal teams and users adopt new features and product capabilities effectively.

Coordinate with enterprise product leaders and external development partners to advance innovation, integrations, and targeted platform enhancements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably supporting digital products used in restaurant, foodservice, or related operational environments.

Demonstrated success managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and lifecycle activities from discovery through release.

Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including backlog grooming, sprint collaboration, and acceptance of delivered work.

Ability to write clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and functional specifications for technical and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Wrike, and bug tracking platforms used to manage delivery and issue resolution.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present product direction and educate stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Experience coordinating with external vendors or development partners and aligning their work to product objectives.
