Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to provide technical leadership for a major PeopleSoft modernization initiative, including migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PeopleTools upgrades, and application enhancements. This role requires hands-on expertise in enterprise PeopleSoft environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Senior PeopleSoft Administrator Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft migrations to OCI, including architecture, deployment, testing, and production cutovers.
• Manage PeopleTools upgrades, PeopleSoft 9.2 applications, PUM images, patching, and security updates.
• Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Elasticsearch.
• Support FSCM, HCM, ELM, EPM, and Portal environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance, availability, and disaster recovery.
• Manage environment refreshes, PHIRE migrations, documentation, and critical production support.

Senior PeopleSoft Administrator Qualifications

Required:

• 15 years of PeopleSoft administration and technical architecture experience.
• Expertise in PeopleTools 8.59 , PeopleSoft 9.2, PUM, and Change Assistant.
• Proven enterprise PeopleSoft migration experience with OCI.
• Strong Oracle Database, SQL Server, Linux, Windows, middleware, and security knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Availability for after-hours production cutovers and critical incidents.

Preferred:

• 20 years of PeopleSoft experience.
• Oracle OCI Professional or Architect certification.
