Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Techno-Functional Resources to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional finance knowledge combined with hands-on technical and configuration experience across D365 Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
Configure and optimize finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and FP&A
Design and implement Project Accounting processes including project setup, budgeting, revenue recognition, and invoicing
Support and enhance AI-based OCR capabilities for invoice processing and automation
Perform D365 configuration, workflow setup, security roles, and system parameterization
Design and manage integrations with external systems using standard D365 tools and middleware
Develop and support reporting and analytics using built-in D365 reports, Power BI, and financial statements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Provide support for secondary Supply Chain modules including Procurement, Inventory, and basic Warehousing
Assist with testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support

Core Skills & Qualifications

Finance (Primary):

Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FP&A
Deep understanding of financial processes, controls, and period close activities

Project Accounting:

Project setup and structures
Budgeting and cost control
Revenue recognition and invoicing
Experience with AI OCR / invoice automation capabilities

Techno-Functional (Prefer):

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance configuration
Workflow design and customization
Integrations (APIs, data entities, middleware)
Reporting and analytics

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):

Supply Chain Management exposure: Procurement, Inventory, basic Warehousing

Preferred Experience

3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance experience
Experience working in implementation or support projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
