We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who treats AI as the default way of working and is passionate about driving delivery for healthcare technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who leverages modern AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve project planning, execution, and reporting while using Jira as the primary system of record.

This is a delivery-focused role, where the selected candidate will operationalize AI tools to make project management processes faster, more predictable, and less manual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery for healthcare technology initiatives using JIRA as the source of truth for tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs with AI-enabled automation and validation.
• Monitor daily progress, remove blockers, and escalate risks to ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Lead stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and decision-making forums, using AI tools to synthesize data and recommend next steps.
• Conduct efficient team meetings and Agile ceremonies, where AI tools help extract action items, assign owners, and track follow-ups directly in JIRA.
• Continuously identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks using AI insights and propose mitigation strategies.
• Implement and optimize JIRA workflows, dashboards, and automation rules aligned with an AI-first delivery model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience using LLM-based assistants such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI tools to create project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and action item tracking.
• 3+ years of software project management experience in healthcare technology or healthcare data domains.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA.
• Advanced practical experience using JIRA for project planning, issue tracking, reporting, workflow design, and automation.
• Experience managing Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate AI-driven insights into executive-level summaries.
• Comfort working with data, forecasts, and analytics to guide risk management and decision-making.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to experiment with AI tools to streamline project management processes.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing projects that include AI-enabled features or ML-driven automation.
• Exposure to Copilot integrations, AI plugins for JIRA, or AI-powered PM tooling.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, claims data formats, or EHR integrations.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other Agile credentials.
• Basic scripting or automation experience using Python, JavaScript, or Power Automate.
