Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC service and repair in Franklin, TN and throughout the Greater Nashville area, primarily in Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury counties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and related HVAC equipment

• Inspect and test HVAC systems and components to identify issues and verify safe, proper operation

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify conditions that could lead to future system failures

• Assist with residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed

• Conduct heat loss and heat gain calculations when needed to support proper system sizing

• Explain system findings, repair recommendations, and equipment operation clearly to homeowners

• Present service, repair, maintenance, and replacement options based on system condition and customer needs, without pressuring homeowners

• Complete service reports, job documentation, and required system checks accurately

• Verify completed repairs and installations before leaving the customer\'s home

• Maintain clean job sites, protect customers\' homes, and keep the company vehicle organized

• Follow company safety procedures and service standards, and participate in required training and team meetings

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC trade experience, with strong residential service and repair experience

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and electrical components

• Ability to independently diagnose HVAC problems and recommend appropriate repair or service options

• Ability to clearly explain technical findings and service recommendations to homeowners

• Working knowledge of HVAC safety practices, applicable codes, and field requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and required personal protective equipment

• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, on roofs, and in confined spaces or crawl spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to perform required physical duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50?75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Availability to work more than 40 hours per week, extended workdays, and weekends when service demand requires
