Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in S/4HANA upgrades, Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), and integration testing. This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end integration stability during a major S/4HANA transformation.

• SAP Ariba, SAP PO, SAP CPI

• Finance Process Testing & Validation

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy for Finance processes and integrations

• Perform SAP FICO functional and regression testing

• Validate:

  • General Ledger & Universal Journal

  • AP / AR

  • Asset Accounting

  • Banking, Payments & Cash Management

  • Controlling & Allocations

  • Intercompany Accounting

  • Period-end & Year-end close

  • Financial & Management Reporting

• Ensure correct revenue allocation, recognition, and reporting (RAR)

• Lead integration testing between BRIM, S/4HANA, and downstream systems

• Support security role remediation and S/4HANA 2025 changes

• Validate embedded GRC Access Control in S/4HANA RISE

• Execute testing for SOX controls and reports

• Lead Finance & Integration UAT planning, execution, and sign-off

• Enable end-user training and testing readiness

Nice to Have

• Experience in SOX-regulated environments

• Blackline, Concur, HighRadius, OneSource, Pagero

• Exposure to Anaplan, Snowflake, Workiva

• SAP or Testing Certifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering

• 8-12+ years SAP experience

• Strong focus on SAP FICO + Integration Testing

• At least one S/4HANA Upgrade or Conversion project
