NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Functional Analyst will support the implementation and integration of JD Edwards (E1) ERP and related Oracle Cloud SCM bolt-on systems for a newly acquired business division. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery, alignment with business processes, and adoption of best practices across the supply chain and manufacturing domains.
Role Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the program
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and actionable tasks for technical teams
- Lead and support solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Champion best practices and challenge the status quo to drive process improvement and system optimization
- Communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed, and remote environment
- Support Agile / DevOps delivery models and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
- Ensure compliance with project governance, delivery standards, and regulated-environment requirements

Experience Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with JD Edwards (E1) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM project delivery, including team leadership or direct management
- 12–15 years of experience in a large, complex technical or enterprise IT environment
- Demonstrated experience with project management, delivery frameworks, and/or ITIL
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments is required

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $55 to $65. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
