Senior Project Manager - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Overview:
This role requires close collaboration with their Product and IT teams to manage various upcoming projects within warehouses. This includes robotics, AI/ML and WMS systems.

The Senior Delivery Manager will lead inventory planning and replenishment processes, manage upstream supply chain activities, and oversee purchase order creation, warehouse management processes and forecasting. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of agile project execution and ensuring seamless coordination with IT and Product Management teams. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Managers, user experience, support personnel, and testers. They will regularly present status reports and updates to senior leadership, including creating dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, and providing comprehensive project overviews.

Vendor management is another crucial aspect of this role; oversee vendor testing and ensure that standardized processes are followed and updated with new technologies as needed. Effective resource management is also key, requiring close collaboration with IT managers to align resources with long-term project goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
* The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and at least 5 years of project management experience and heavy supply chain experience
* Experience with tools like Smart Sheets and JIRA Align is essential for supporting the success of our projects
* Experience with development focused projects in and agile environment
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate project details to various stakeholders are crucial

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
