Collaborate with teams across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, budgeting, and collections to strengthen cash flow alignment within the system.
Analyze data flowing from D365 into the organization's data lake and help ensure reporting inputs support accurate operational and financial insights.
Configure or refine ERP settings in support of inventory management and cash flow performance, aligning system behavior with business requirements.
Provide guidance on reporting needs and contribute to dashboard or report development using Power BI or similar reporting capabilities when applicable.
Partner with business and finance leaders to deliver actionable recommendations that improve process consistency, visibility, and decision-making within D365.
Document findings, proposed enhancements, and best-practice recommendations to support adoption of optimized workflows and controls.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional consulting or configuration-focused capacity.
Hands-on expertise in D365 inventory management, including transactions, adjustments, reserves, replenishment, and lot or serial tracking.
Strong experience supporting cash flow processes in D365 across forecasting, AR, AP, GL, budgeting, financial statements, and credit or collections activities.
Familiarity with data lake environments and experience working with data sourced from D365 for analysis or reporting purposes.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate ERP processes, identify system gaps, and recommend practical improvements based on business needs.
Experience with configuration management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution design or optimization.
Reporting experience with Power BI or comparable tools is preferred, especially in support of finance and operational reporting.
