Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assigned healthcare/provider locations
• Perform basic site inspections and observations
• Capture geo-tagged photos using a mobile application
• Complete inspection checklists and reports accurately
• Submit reports within deadlines through the system
• Maintain professionalism while interacting on-site
• Follow compliance, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

Basic Qualifications

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic reporting tools
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Ability to complete inspections during business hours (9 AM 5 PM)
• Must pass background check

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with field work, auditing, surveys, or inspections
• Familiarity with mobile data collection tools
• Good communication skills

Training & Onboarding

• Two-day online training provided
• Official badge and authorization issued before assignment

Additional Information

This is a non-traditional, field-based role. You can choose assignments based on your availability; however, all inspections must be completed during standard business hours.
