Role Overview:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Azure-based data environments and proven experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Large-scale datasets & Distributed Computing (Spark/Hadoop)
Mandatory: Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience
Core Responsibilities:-
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to deliver meaningful insights and statistical reports
Design, build, and maintain scalable databases, data pipelines, and analytics solutions
Perform data cleansing, profiling, and quality validation
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data priorities
Required Qualifications:-
Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience working with large datasets in distributed environments (Spark/Hadoop)
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods (regression analysis, hypothesis testing, distributions)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (preferred)
