We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong CMDB and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) experience to own and architect the ServiceNow environment. The role focuses on CMDB architecture, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Service Graph, integrations, data quality, and governance. The candidate should have strong ServiceNow development/scripting, REST/SOAP integration, AWS/Azure knowledge, and experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and independent ownership are essential.
