Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level Workday AMS Integrations Lead with 13 15 years of experience to drive integration design, development, and support within a Workday environment. This role requires strong expertise in Workday integrations, architecture, and AMS support, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities:

< data-start="673" data-end="723">Integration Design, Development & Support
  • Monitor and maintain the health of all inbound and outbound Workday integrations
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of integration solutions
  • Develop integrations using Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP)
  • Manage integration schedules, events, and notifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, alerts, and performance issues
  • Provide Level-3 support for complex incidents and technical challenges
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and integration standards

  • Lead and support end-to-end Workday implementations and rollouts
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including impact analysis and testing
  • Collaborate with functional teams to align integrations with business processes
  • Lead/support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution

  • Act as a solution lead across Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Financials
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Workday capabilities and best practices
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities

  • Own and maintain Workday integration architecture ensuring scalability and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to governance, change management, and release processes
  • Scope, estimate, and deliver solutions for incoming requests
  • Manage and oversee offshore/onshore resources and deliverables
  • Ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 13 15 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Workday
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with Workday HCM (mandatory) and other modules like Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations and AMS support
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with global delivery models (offshore/onshore teams)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Workday Integration or Technical Lead
  • Experience in large-scale or global Workday environments
  • Knowledge of Workday security, compliance, and data privacy
  • Workday certifications (Integration, HCM, or related modules)
