Summary

Job Title: Training & Education Support Specialist (Contractor) Location: Cannon AFB, New Mexico
Work Authorization:
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Training & Education Support Specialist to provide administrative and customer-facing support services within the Base Training and Education Services Office at Cannon Air Force Base.
This position supports day-to-day office operations as well as scheduled training broadcasts that may occur outside of normal duty hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, knowledge of education or training environments, and the ability to operate within a Department of Defense (DoD) setting.
This role is a contractor position and is not a federal government employee role.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the Base Training and Education Services Office
Assist with coordination and execution of scheduled training broadcasts
Provide clear and professional customer service to military members and staff
Maintain working knowledge of:
Privacy Act Information (PII)
Information security procedures
Utilize Microsoft Office Professional tools
Troubleshoot basic (non-complex) software issues
Support administrative and training-related functions as required
Maintain professionalism and identification as a contractor employee at all times
Work collaboratively to ensure uninterrupted support of office operations

Minimum Qualifications
Associate s Degree or higher in a related field:
Human Resources
Education
Business
Minimum 1 year of professional or volunteer experience in one of the following:
Adult Education
Higher Education
DoD Training Management
Human Resources
Business Operations
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Working knowledge of PII handling and information security practices
Ability to obtain and maintain:
U.S. Air Force Global Email Account
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Professional Suite
