Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Systems Analyst to support, customize, and upgrade critical Fiscal and HR technology systems. This is a technical role requiring deep expertise in the Oracle PeopleSoft ecosystem to maintain business continuity and data integrity.

Core Technical Requirements (10+ Years Experience)
To be successful, candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in the following:
- PeopleSoft Suites: HCM 9.2 and Financials 9.2.
- Technical Tools: PeopleTools (Version 8.60+), PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
- Reporting & Programming: SQR, BI Publisher, COBOL, and Crystal Reports.
- Systems Lifecycle: Requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, development, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Support: Build and maintain custom modules and interfaces for PeopleSoft HCM and Financials.
- Data Integrity: Troubleshoot complex system issues and maintain rigorous security procedures for confidential data.
- Upgrades: Provide technical lead support for system upgrades, patching, and new initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation for all software customizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise: A decade of proven success in PeopleSoft development and systems analysis.
