Job Title: Sr. Technical Architect
Location: 100% Remote (Contract to Hire after 6 months)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications. The role requires strong expertise across application, solution, and infrastructure architecture, along with hands-on development and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive architecture vision aligned with business goals

• Lead solution design for web and distributed applications

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and architecture patterns

• Mentor development teams and ensure best engineering practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of systems

• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and observability practices

• Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and governance

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development & architecture

• Strong expertise in UI architecture (React, Angular, TypeScript)

• Backend experience with Java/Golang/Spring or similar

• Deep knowledge of Microservices, Cloud-Native architecture, and Cloud platforms

• Experience with distributed systems and streaming applications

• Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring tools

• Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven experience leading architecture and design for multiple teams
