Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a senior Data Analyst for an exciting, high-impact role. This is a clinical-facing position focused on workflow improvement, data analysis, and validation work that directly informs healthcare practice and decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements (5+ Years of Experience)

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• EHR Data Extraction & Validation: Extensive experience pulling data out of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and validating it via data triangulation and outside sources.
• Medical Data Structuring: Proven ability to structure medical data from unstructured texts and map data elements to standard medical vocabularies.
• Clinical Workflow Documentation: Documenting and analyzing workflows from clinical practice into EHR data entry, identifying gaps, and supporting standardization.
• Data Communication: Strong ability to translate complex clinical and data findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences, including medical staff and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• A clinical or medical background (Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or similar).
• Experience in correctional/institutional healthcare or other constrained, multidisciplinary clinical environments.

Core Duties

1. Clinical Workflow Documentation: Identify process gaps, support staff-facing improvements, and establish a documented inventory of clinical workflows in the EHR.
2. Data Extraction & Visualization: Pull EHR data to answer clinical/operational questions, validate datasets, and build reports that support executive decision-making.
3. Validation & Testing: Validate EHR updates from an end-user perspective to reduce validation gaps during system changes.
4. Direct Medical Staff Support: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for EHR-related questions and system requests.
