Job Title: Technical Program Manager Physical AI Lab

A frontier AI organization is building a brand-new physical AI lab in Boston and needs a technically grounded TPM to own the program from day one. You'll build the program infrastructure from scratch, manage a live dependency map across hardware and engineering workstreams, and keep a fast-moving team aligned without adding bureaucratic drag.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related technical field
• 7+ years TPM experience; 3+ years in hardware, physical systems, or robotics programs
• Enough technical depth to hold your own in a hardware design review
• Track record of building PM structure from scratch in greenfield/ambiguous environments
• Strong communicator - risk registers, status updates, decision memos
• Full-time onsite in Boston, MA - no exceptions

Nice-to-Have

• Background in physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware R&D
• Exposure to NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT hardware lifecycles
• Agile adapted for hardware environments
• Prior experience at a hyperscaler or frontier AI lab
