Job Title: Salesforce Specialist II
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Specialist II to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically utilizing Service Cloud and Community Cloud. The ideal candidate will participate in technical architecture discussions, collaborate with functional teams, and translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions while adhering to the governor limits of the platform.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience working with Service Cloud.
Experience performing customizations and configurations on Salesforce CRM platforms.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging existing configuration/code.
Proficiency in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Unit Test, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Experience, Process Builder, workflow rules, Flows, and validation rules.
Experience extending the platform through REST 3rd party services.
Must hold one or more of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Social Studio.
Experience integrating with and/or FileNet.
Experience with AppExchange integrations (Vlocity, PSS, Glance, Docusign, Sumo, Adaptus).
Knowledge of JAVA, SQL, GIT, ImageTrust, JIRA, and SNOW.
