Data & Analytic Sales Hunter
Bitwise, a leading data and analytics consulting firm, is seeking a driven and experienced Business development manager . In this pivotal position, you''ll play a key role in acquiring new logos for Bitwise. This role reports to the CRO and will work closely with other senior leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the prospecting charge: Actively identify and engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers across Data , Digital product development and QA at clients.
- Build enduring relationships: Cultivate deep trust and understanding of clients'' unique data challenges and business objectives.
- Craft compelling value propositions: Demonstrate how our cloud data services (MSFT,AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Databricks) deliver tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals: Secure contracts that exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Develop strategic partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key partners like Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Informatica.
- Become a thought leader: Cultivate deep industry knowledge and position yourself as a trusted advisor on cloud data and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of successful sales experience in the industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing creative and innovative prospecting methodologies to consistently grow pipeline.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
- Problem-solving and consultative approach, with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
