Field Service Scheduling Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching field service calls. The role involves managing work orders, updating CRM notes, coordinating with Field Service Engineers and Regional Service Managers, and communicating with customers to schedule service visits. The coordinator will help improve service response time, maintain scheduling efficiency, and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service coordination

• Experience managing service calls or work orders

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams); CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP preferred
