Summary
Title: BI Data Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (5x/ week onsite)
Duration: Long Tem
Experience Required: 8-10
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports
• Provide analytical insights for business and executive decision-making
• Translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
Must Have
• Strong structured thinking to design business solutions using data.
• Supply Chain Reporting Lead
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on business process solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in data mining and exploratory analysis (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb/Manufacturing processes).
• Proven ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• 4–8 years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics solution development.
• Experience in Supply Chain functions (Planning, Order Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Retail, etc.) preferred.
• Strong expertise in Tableau, SAP BOBJ (or similar), SQL, Teradata, Snowflake.
• Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver actionable insights.
