Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, and modern ServiceNow application development tools. The ideal candidate should have experience building custom applications, integrations, workflows, and enterprise solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow NOW SDK.
Experience with ServiceNow Fluent and ServiceNow CLI tools.
Experience developing and packaging scoped applications using Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
Hands-on experience with Now Assist for Creator / Generative AI.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, data imports, and third-party integrations.
Experience in application development, customization, testing, and deployment.
Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, ATF, regression testing, and platform maintenance.
Experience improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.
Build and package scoped applications using NOW SDK, Fluent, VS Code, and CLI tools.
Leverage Now Assist for Creator to accelerate application development and automate workflows.
Develop custom scripts, workflows, integrations, reports, and data imports.
Perform application testing, upgrades, regression testing, and production support.
Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and runbooks.
Follow SDLC, Agile, and enterprise development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Banking / Financial Services.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Important: NOW SDK experience is mandatory. General ServiceNow administration experience without hands-on NOW SDK development will not be considered.
