OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Senior-level Project/Program Manager to oversee the implementation of the OnePlan platform, led by a third-party vendor. This role will ensure the successful integration of client's PMO governance model and the accurate migration of project, portfolio, and documentation data from SharePoint into OnePlan.
This individual will act as the client-side lead, responsible for holding the vendor accountable, validating deliverables, and ensuring the solution meets business, governance, and reporting requirements.
This is a high-visibility role within a broader PMO transformation initiative, requiring strong execution, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Oversight & Delivery Assurance
Serve as the primary liaison between client and the OnePlan implementation vendor
Validate vendor deliverables against defined requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria
Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and quality to ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments
Identify gaps, risks, or misalignment in vendor approach and drive resolution
Escalate issues and enforce accountability to ensure successful outcomes
(Aligned with client expectation to manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against commitments)
Governance Model Integration
Translate client's existing PMO governance model into the OnePlan solution design
Ensure stage gates, approvals, intake workflows, and reporting structures are accurately configured
Validate that governance processes are maintained and enhanced-not lost-during the transition
Partner with PMO leadership to align governance, portfolio management, and reporting requirements
Data Migration Oversight (SharePoint OnePlan)
Lead oversight of data migration strategy, execution, and validation
Ensure project, portfolio, and document data is accurately mapped, cleansed, and migrated
Validate data integrity, completeness, and usability within OnePlan post-migration
Define and execute data validation and reconciliation processes
Partner with stakeholders to identify what data should be migrated vs. archived
PMO & Portfolio Alignment
Ensure alignment between OnePlan configuration and broader PMO processes (intake, prioritization, resource planning)
Support integration of OnePlan into existing PMO workflows and operating model
Drive consistency in how projects are tracked, reported, and governed across the portfolio
(Aligned with PMO modernization and portfolio management objectives)
Execution, Risk & Stakeholder Management
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for the client-side effort
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies (RAID management)
Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across IT, PMO, and business teams
Ensure readiness for go-live, including validation, cutover planning, and support model
(Consistent with clients expectations for risk, stakeholder, and delivery management)
Adoption & Change Enablement
Ensure smooth adoption of OnePlan across PMs and stakeholders
Validate that workflows, templates, and reporting meet user needs
Partner with stakeholders on rollout, training, and communications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
