About the Role

We re seeking an experienced Professional who can lead the full product lifecycle of Workday Financials and Procurement. This role oversees a 40-person cross-functional team and drives strategy, enhancements, and operational excellence across a large, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Workday Financial & Purchasing product roadmap, aligning it with organizational strategy.
Lead a team of 40 (functional leads, analysts, system admins) to ensure high performance and delivery.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Oversee Workday implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous optimization.
Communicate project timelines, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Ensure compliance with public-sector regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
Drive adoption of new Workday features and deliver user training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Financials and Procurement modules.
Proven experience leading large cross-functional Workday teams (30 50+).
Background in Workday product strategy, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to optimize systems, manage risk, and oversee complex enterprise-level projects.
