Summary:The SME Web Developer serves as the senior technical authority for enterprise web development, application modernization, and web portfolio management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications, websites, and dynamic database-driven solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for multiple concurrent web application modules and enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and content owners to gather, refine, and implement business and technical requirements.
- Architect scalable web solutions utilizing modern UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and secure coding practices.
- Oversee development and maintenance of Oracle database schemas, data models, and SQL scripts supporting enterprise web applications.
- Ensure all websites, applications, and prototypes comply with W3C, WCAG, Section 508, and organizational cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:- Expert knowledge of web application architecture, enterprise web technologies, and full-stack development methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 7 years of experience in web development, application development, or enterprise web architecture.
- Experience leading development teams or serving in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and websites.
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and data modeling.
The investigation consists of a standard National Agency Check and an FBI fingerprint check plus law enforcement checks and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
